Staging

    What is Staging?

We believe that making a great first impression with potential homebuyers is critical to selling your home well.  And you only get one chance to make a great first impression!  Home staging is about creating a beautiful, welcoming setting that a buyer can step into and easily see themselves enjoying this home, this lifestyle. And, staged homes sell 87% faster than non-staged homes, and for 17% more.

Staging is more than decorating, decluttering, and cleaning.   It’s about perfecting the art of creating a mood.  Staging will make your home look bigger, brighter, warmer, more loving, and best of all, it makes homebuyers want to buy it!  You can do large scale home staging or just a few rooms, but engaging in some aspect of home staging is imperative if your goal is to sell quickly and for top dollar!

    What We Offer

    Vacant Home Staging:

We specialize in staging vacant properties!  Like a blank canvas, we make a design plan specific to your home that will show off its best attributes and appeal to the most potential buyers!  We can stage the whole property or just the impact areas.

    Occupied Home Staging:

Our occupied staging starts with a one-hour comprehensive consultation. We have a full team that will assist in decluttering and highlighting the unique parts of your home to give it that wow factor and maximize the furnishings and decor already present.  We can make further recommendations as to what to purchase and add to the home to complete the look.

    What Does Staging Cost?

The greatest cost of staging is not staging!  Listing a property for sale without preparing it in its best possible light is a mistake that will cost you in terms of time on the market and the ultimate sale price.

The Comerford Group offers, and only to its customers, staging services at break-even prices for mobilization (move-in, organization, prep and cleaning), consumables (items that will be used/consumed such as bedding, draperies, towels, etc), and, if needed, demobilization (move-out and cleaning). Most often, the buyer wants the home and the furnishings!  Most staging companies charge a monthly rent and/or up-front fee for the furnishings and decor.  The Comerford Group lends these items free of charge to its customers!  And, we have great taste in decor!
